Why Work At Geocal?

We appreciate our stakeholders and want to provide a positive environment in which they can continue to thrive and learn. We look for the best – the most motivated, dedicated individuals with a positive attitude, who truly want to make a difference.

Benefits:  Geocal offers a great benefits package with our stakeholders in mind – health, dental, and vision insurance, Health Savings Accounts, life insurance, 401k plan, education/certification assistance, personal leave and other paid time off.

Safety:  Safety is our number one priority as our personnel are our most valuable asset. Our safety program is oriented to provide education and training to help avoid common workplace accidents. Monthly safety and training meetings are held throughout the year and weekly “toolbox” meetings are often required as part of our involvement on projects.

Training/Certifications: We work in an ever-changing industry. Geocal supports and expects our technical staff to stay up to date on the latest methods and procedures, whether through in-house training, or through industry seminars.

Field and laboratory personnel are required to obtain the relevant certifications, such as ACI field and strength, WAQTC, nuclear gauge radiation training, LabCAT certification in asphalt, erosion control, traffic control, and CDOT certifications for inspection and testing. Our materials laboratory is accredited by AASHTO as well.

Professional Registrations: Geocal believes in obtaining and maintaining professional registrations, certifications, and industry affiliations. The majority of our clients require highly qualified personnel who are certified in accordance with state and national standards.

Internships:  Paid internships are available to students interested in getting a head start in the engineering industry.
